Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Winthrop, Maine and we have an outdoor farm location in Monmouth as well. ​
What is your turnaround time?
​
We provide sneak peeks about 1 week after your session, and then full galleries are typically delivered between 4-6 weeks. (During busy seasons it can go up to 8 weeks) Seasonal Minis such as Christmas, Mothers Day, etc are typically 1 week turnaround. Please inquire with any questions! We do offer a rush fee of $150 to have your full gallery delivered in 48 hours.
What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any reason.
How will I get my gallery?
​
For gallery delivery, you can choose to have a link sent to your email, or a physical CD that can be picked up or shipped.
What is the difference between a Mini Session & Regular Session?
​
Mini Sessions are shorter sessions (typically 10-15 minutes for us) and usually include a seasonal or unique theme or location on pre-selected dates.
​
Regular Sessions are full length (typically 20-30 minutes for us) and scheduled on dates that the client & photographer both agree on.
What types of photography do you offer?
​
We offer family, couples, children, babies, newborns, maternity, senior portraits, and creative themed shoots.
​
We do NOT offer wedding services, boudoir or birth photography. Please inquire with questions!
Are you trained to work with Newborns?
​
Yes. We have extensive experience handling & posing newborns, and have completed multiple years of online safety courses.
How can I book a session? ​

To inquire or book a session with us, please either email us or send a facebook message! If neither of those goes through, you can send a text message to our phone number.
Will we get a sneak peek of our photos while we wait for the gallery?
​
Yes, we always share a handful of sneak peeks on our facebook page about 1 week after your shoot. Feel free to share them too- I just ask a couple things: 1.) please give me photo credit by tagging me in the photos you share, and 2.) please do not alter my photos with filters or color changes. This helps to maintain the integrity of my images.
Do you offer a rewards program?

Yes, we have punch cards available where you get a hole punched at every regular Mini Session you do, and once its fully punched you get a free Mini Session!
